How we work

Good questions

Process questions

Are your estimates free?

Yes. Estimates are free and come in writing with the cause, the method, the number of supports, the warranty and the price. Fill in the form on any page, or call or text 615-209-7643, and we will schedule a visit or review your photos.

How long does a foundation repair take?

Crack injection takes hours, slab lifting takes a few hours, pier installation takes one to a few days and drainage or encapsulation projects take one to several days. We give a schedule with the written estimate.

Will you protect my yard and home during the work?

Yes. We plan the work to limit digging, protect landscaping and floors, control dust and clean up every day, and we walk through the finished work with you.

Start with the easy part.

Call, text or fill in the form. We look, measure and price before any work begins.

Let's look at your foundation.

Tell us what you are seeing: cracks, sticking doors, sloping floors, water or a damp crawl space. A real person reads every message and calls back, usually the same day, with straight answers and a written, itemized estimate. Urgent water and structural problems come first.

  • A real inspection: we measure floors, read cracks and check moisture, inside and out
  • Honest advice on the cause, the method and whether to repair now or just monitor
  • A written price with the method, the count, the warranty and the timeline spelled out
