Sunken slabs, lifted level.
Uneven concrete floors, garages, patios and walkways are raised back to level by filling the voids beneath them, in hours instead of days.
- Time: Often a few hours
- Holes: Small, then patched
- Cure: Usable soon after

What it is, and why it matters.
When soil washes out or compacts under a slab, the concrete sinks and cracks. Tearing it out and pouring new concrete is slow and costly. Slab leveling fills the empty space and raises the slab through small holes, so the original concrete stays in place.
We drill small holes, inject a lifting material under controlled pressure while checking with a laser level, and patch the holes. Most jobs finish in a few hours, and the slab can be used soon after.

Concrete Slab Leveling: common questions
How much does slab leveling cost?
Commonly published ranges run roughly from a few dollars to a couple dozen dollars per square foot depending on the method and how much lifting is needed, and it is typically less than replacement.
Will the slab sink again?
If the cause such as washout is not fixed, it can. We correct drainage and fill voids so the repair lasts.
